All photographs are supplied on the following terms:

Adrian Newell Photo Library grants a licence to use the photograph for one specific use only, the right is not transferable and will end after this use. The user agrees to return the C.D. after use if requested

Adrian Newell Photo Library can refuse to supply the image if they feel it's use would be detrimental to the library and other customers.

Payment must be made before the image is used.

The copyright remains with Adrian Newell and this should be shown where applicable. Credit should be given where possible.

The image supplied may not be copied, altered, re engineered or otherwise amended, nor shall any copyright details be removed. Any infringement of the above will result in an additional charge being levied. Images supplied in Adobe PSD may be converted by the user to CYMK files without charge

Adrian Newell Photo Library will not be liable for damage to the users computer system or software caused by the use of the image or C.D.

For electronic media, we offer a money back guarantee, if on receipt of the image you are not satisfied with it's quality and do not copy, alter or use the image in any way, we will refund the cost of the image. To take advantage of this guarantee we must be e-mailed immediately explaining the reasons for the dissatisfaction and attaching the image. If we agree with your comments we will issue a refund.  If at any stage we find that the image has been used after the refund has been issued  we reserve the right to charge costs + 100%. This guarantee does not apply to prints.

Copyright remains for all prints supplied, prints should not be copied or reproduced electronically. Prints may be cropped slightly top or bottom depending on the size of print ordered, please ask if you would like an email jpeg before we make a print to the size requested. Please allow 14 days for delivery of prints and framed prints.
